Our machine consists of two units: a linear conveyor filling unit and a capping unit. It is suitable for powdery liquid products. The filling process is performed by its own flow with level control. The capping unit is designed with a rotary star wheel, available in 8 or 12 stations. The cap insertion system is pneumatic. The capping star wheel group has a safety system. A star mold is made according to different packaging types and used alternately.
